- The use of the word “Usability” on Twitter has doubled over the past few months. More Twitterers or more attention to usability? #
- Got poor usability ? A “competor” will provide the info instead. Eg: in some cities, Google competes w/ transit companies in trip planning. #
- In the future, others will repackage the info from unusable sites to help users find what they need. A service paid for by ad revenue. #
